I Began training traditional Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate under 
Fifth Degree Black Belt Michael Johns, in 2008 at the Walters State Community 
College Karate Club.  Achieved the rank of second degree black belt in March 2016.  
Joined the OKS family in September of 2015.  Have continued traditional karate 
training while pursuing interests in Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and cross body fitness.
